The gear pedal is adjustable. The brake pedal is not adjustable according to BMW, but it is, its just a bit of a job to do, you have to rotate the fork on the end of the brake master cylinder and you will get enough adjustment. For myself I started off with finding a quality shop to modify the seat, both for comfort and height reduction. Secondly I had a race tech dismantle the suspension and "re shim" them.
