Hi guys, I recently bought a Fenix 6x Pro and do a run bike multi-sport twice a week. Since switching from my Fenix 5 Plus I cant see any option to download the stored heart rate data from a Garmin Tri HRM after the multi-sport activity is saved. Aside from the heart rate tracking problems the Fenix 6 Pro is a flawless running watch that offers more features than anything else out there. It’s worth asking whether you actually need all those features, because something like the Forerunner 245 Music covers all the essentials, even including music and breadcrumb navigation, for £299.99. I meet a "problem" with the fenix 6x. For 2 weeks, my cardio sensor works poorly. I usually train 10 sets of mattresses (carpet race widget) at 18kmh and until 2 weeks ago, my heart rate reached 190 bpm on the watch that was normally. But since then, during my 5 minutes warm up, I go up to 155-160 then my frequency oscillates between 120 and
NOTE: Disabling the wrist-based heart rate monitor also disables the wrist-based pulse oximeter sensor. You can perform a manual reading from the pulse oximeter widget. From the heart rate widget, hold MENU. Select Heart Rate Options > Status > Off. Wrist-based Heart Rate.

It’s the selecting of cardio as an activity that seems to mess it up. Something changes at that point that causes a falsely high reading. It was explained above that the watch checks your heart rate more frequently during cardio but if this is the reason there is still something wrong with the way it’s doing this. 1.
A heart rate zone is a set range of heartbeats per minute. The five commonly accepted heart rate zones are numbered from 1 to 5 according to increasing intensity. Generally, heart rate zones are calculated based on percentages of your maximum heart rate. Setting Your Heart Rate Zones. Letting the Watch Set Your Heart Rate Zones.

Ended up resetting the entire device which worked for another day before it went back to not working anymore. Phone > Smart Notifications > Status > On. And for the settings in the app I have enabled the apps under "smart notifications" that I want to show. I have a Oneplus 7 Pro device running Android 9 and both the phone and watch is running

The fēnix® device has a wrist-based heart rate monitor and is also compatible with chest heart rate monitors (sold separately). You can view heart rate data on the heart rate widget. If both wrist-based heart rate and chest heart rate data are available when you start an activity, your device uses the chest heart rate data. Wrist-based Heart Rate
If both wrist-based heart rate and chest heart rate data are available, your device uses the chest heart rate data. From the heart rate widget, hold MENU. NOTE: You may need to add the widget to your widget loop ( Customizing the Widget Loop). Select Heart Rate Options > While Swimming > Off. Swimming.
