I put a request in for a PW reset three days ago, still nothing but an automated response back. I'm wondering where we are on the priority list… I typed in my password and email normally and it didnt work. I want to try the game out but i cant becuase of this. I wanna take a small break from WoW and see how well this does.
hello, I've tried to log in today as usual, (I play daily) but it said that the password i was typing wasn't correct. YES, I typed it WELL and checked it. I changed the password, the problem still happens. I can log in in the guild wars 2 internet page so maybe they are fixing servers? Please, if someone can help me I'd be grateful
First, check the in-game audio sliders and make sure they are not turned all the way down, and that you have selected the correct audio output device in the "Audio Device" dropdown. Then, ensure that Guild Wars 2 is not turned down or muted in your Windows Volume Mixer. You can often find this program pinned to the far right of the Windows task Open 107.23.20.152 in your browser. If you can see the IIS server splash page, you can access the patch server. Now use the following option to manually select this server:-assetsrv 107.23.20.152
Thank you for your reply! I tried both gmail and outlook now and got none of them to work, tried 4 different outlooks so far and no luck. Tried auto generated password and tried to make "simpler" but good ones myself and still no luck.

password reset taking forever I was getting text notifications so i figured i'd change my password and use something randomly generated. Changed the password 20 minutes ago, but it's saying it's the wrong password, when i try to reset again it says the password has already been used. KBdY1z.
