It’s a meditation that anyone can practice to help all of us live in harmony, peace, health and well-being.In this workshop we will discuss how to come back to our centre and our present, to help alleviate anxieties and stresses. This will include the ho'oponopono prayer and soul prayer. We will also be exploring different breathing exercises including grounding and Tibetan breath exercises, finishing with an upliftin meditation.
